Shipping Method All orders will be shipped via U.P.S. unless specified otherwise. When ordering, please use a street address for delivery.

Shipping Charges Shipping Charges Please add $12.00 for the first video and $2.50 for each additional video for shipping and handling. Workbooks will also incur shipping charges, to be determined based on title and quantity.

NY State Sales Tax Purchasers from within New York State must also add 8.35% of the purchase price to the order, or otherwise must provide a tax exempt certificate.

Replacement Guarantee Replacement Guarantee We will replace at no cost any product that arrives damaged or defective, provided that you notify us within 3 weeks of receiving it. Defective products reported after that time may be replaced, but at some cost to you.

Preview Policy Preview Policy We offer a free two-week preview to institutions or agencies considering purchase on most of our videos. However, by requesting a preview the customer assumes responsibility for returning the program(s) in pristine, saleable condition, via traceable carrier, on time. If programs are returned late, there is a $25 per week charge for each video. After 30 days, if a program is still not returned, it is considered purchased, and full payment is due.

Previews require a credit card as guarantee. No charge will be made to the credit card, unless you seriously diverge from the terms stated above.
